Collection of your motorhome
Collection is available at our HYMER-rent stations in Dublin or Banbridge, Co Down. We offer a free transfer (if booked) from Dublin & Belfast airports (0900-1600 hrs). Our HYMER-rent personnel will instruct you on the correct and best usage of your rented motorhome. The motorhomes are available for collection/return Tuesday-Saturday.The minimum rental period for all seasons is 7 days.

All inclusive prices
Our rental prices are all-inclusive and feature the following items:
VAT; Fully comprehensive insurance with excess of only E750/£500 per case for one driver
Fire & theft insurance cover with an excess of E750/£500 per case; Unlimited mileage; 24 hour breakdown cover.

Service fee
A standard service fee is charged per rental.  This fee includes the following
One filled gas cylinder
One bottle toilet chemicals
Detailed introduction to the correct handling of your vehicle by our HYMER-rent personnel.
Written manual
Cutlery, dishes, pots & pans
Transfer to/from Dublin / Belfast airports (if pre booked)
Map & campsite guide

Additional costs
The motorhome will be handed over with a full tank of diesel and should be returned with a full tank.

Booking & payment conditions
Motorhome reservations are only valid with a written confirmation from the rental agent.  A non-refundable deposit of E250/£150 is required to book the motorhome.Payment is only accepted by credit card(debit card UK or ROI residents) or bank transfer. The balance is due 28 days before the start of the booking.  The security deposit of E750/£500 can only be accepted by credit card or cash.  The security deposit will be returned in full at the conclusion of the rental provided

• No damage to motorhome or any third party
• Motorhome vacated on time, clean, refuelled & toilet emptied
• No additional costs have been incurred during the period of rental

Drivers
Shall be 25-70 years of age, and have held a full licence for 2 years.
Licences must be free of endorsements (except minor speeding/parking offences).
Any driver who has medical or legal restrictions on driving MUST inform Motorhome Ireland Group in advance. The full driving licence (both paper and plastic sections) and passport must be produced for inspection at time of collection. One driver is included in rate.

Rental period
Collection of vehicle shall be at 1600hrs unless agreed in writing previously. The rental motorhome must be returned & vacated before 1000hrs on the day and at the location agreed on rental agreement.  Return to a location not agreed in writing will be subject to loss of caution.  There shall be no refund for early return. Late returns without prior agreement shall be subject to a Euro 50 per hour excess. Late pick up does not entitle hirer to late return.  The last collection time is 1700 hrs.

*Regulations covering seatbelts has changed in Ireland and UK
All children under the age of 12 & under the height of 135cm must use a child seat. It is important that child seats are pre booked as Motorhome Ireland cannot be held liable where the appropriate child seat is not available because it has not been pre-booked. The child cannot legally travel without the correct seat.
